Pamela Harwood raised alpacas in Maine from 2004 – 2017. She had their fiber spun into luscious yarns and sold them along with her hand-knits and hand-wovens at local farmers markets. In 2017, Pam and her husband, Hugh, made a major “pivot”: with years of planning, they sold their farm to move aboard an old wooden cruiser, KATIE MACK. One condition of this move was that Pam could keep her yarns, needles, and portable looms!
